The Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission adopted an amendment to 20 AAC 05.320(c)(5) on March 31, 1995. The amendment revised the maximum number of permits in the Norton Sound herring beach seine fishery from four to eight permits. The Department of Law approved the amended regulation and filed the regulation with the Lieutenant Governor. The effective date of the amended regulation is October 1, 1995. The regulation will be printed in Register 136, January, 1996.
